The Knowledgucate Group is a multinational international education company established in 1998 by Dr Sudhir Kartha and a team of eminent educationists. From its founding, the Group has been driven by a single, unwavering commitment: that high-quality, internationally recognised education should not be a privilege for those who can afford to pay a premium — it should be accessible, genuinely excellent, and designed around the learner.
Headquartered in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, and part of the Eskay Holdings Group — a Dubai-based conglomerate with interests in education, real estate, and hospitality — Knowledgucate today operates a diverse portfolio of educational institutions across India, the UAE, the United Kingdom, and France. From playschool classrooms in Bengaluru to live online UK degree lectures delivered to students across 30 countries, the Group’s reach is genuinely global.

The Knowledgucate ‘Best of Both Worlds’ curriculum (TWC) is the philosophical cornerstone of the Group. It draws deliberately from the discipline, depth, and knowledge rigour of the Indian and Eastern educational traditions — and combines it with the critical thinking, creativity, independent inquiry, and global orientation of the British, Canadian, and International Baccalaureate systems.
The result is not a compromise. It is a coherent, purposefully designed learning framework that equips students with the academic depth to compete globally and the adaptability to succeed in an international environment.

Dr Kartha founded the Knowledgucate Group on this belief in 1998, and it has remained the guiding principle behind every institution, programme, and partnership the Group has built in the 25 years since. His commitment to affordable, internationally recognised, holistically designed education has been the constant thread through a journey that began with a single vision and now spans five countries.
Under his leadership, Knowledgucate has grown from a founding concept into a multinational education group serving students from nursery age through to postgraduate level — and the work continues.
